JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Description :» Coordinate communicate among department PPIC, production, Maintenance, Purchasing, Order Processing, logistics and sales for order status and capability to fulfill customer orders so that orders can be fulfilled on time (OTIF). » Manage and Control the stock finish good and WIP with analyzing and communicating the forecast accuracy and raw material requirements planning (MRP) and stock policies for MTS. » Controlling the MRP report to ensure the accuracy of the input parameters are up to date as uploading Sales forecast of SFT , validation SO ( sales order ) , Work Order , planning parameters (including safety stock , lead time purchase , a minimum purchase amount , etc. ) , PO (Purchase orders and inter- site transfer ordered). » Develops and implements master production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of plan operations to meet delivery dates located on sales forecast or customer orders specifying production quantities and specifications. » Plans production schedules and control manufacturing activities through capacity planning » Make-up date / change plans and monitor actual production with the target to be achieved » Implement quality management systems , occupational health and safety and the environment and comply with company regulations Requirement : » Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent. » At least 5 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position. » Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing company with 24/7 or shift work schedule. » Familiar with ERP System and good skill in MS Office » Working days Monday - Saturday (Half day on Saturday) COMPANY OVERVIEWSalah satu pabrik plastik di daerah BantenKeterampilan:
