JOB DESCRIPTIONJob detailWe are seeking for a versatile, hands-on General Manager to join a dynamic innovative agriculture company. You will be responsible for managing the entire operations of agticulture projects, agri-business deployment, and managing initiatives that drive business growth. Due to the position you offered herein, having a great leadership abilities and communication skill, plus to be able to efficiently manage a big team is a must. You must be an agile-minded, creative problem solver and adept at working cross-functionally to drive the ROI, production requirements, business rules, milestones, and detailed tasks of critical product launches. Assess competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products and maintaining intimate expertise of the products, sales-marketing, markets (local & overseas), distribution channels, and competitive landscape. Also, to be able to identify regulatory approvals necessary to support the growth of the agriculture and business segment. As this is a young and growing company, you may have additional responsibilities outside of your core areas of skills as the company matures and will be primarily focused on leading the team, product management and operations. expertise, Skills, capability • Advanced degree in Agriculture/Business/Management required. • have a strong leadership abilities skills and able to lead and manage a team. • have excellent communication, presentation and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. • have a strong time management skills, project management skills, able to breaking down complex tasks, communicating clearly and with empathy, focusing on results, and controlling the project timeline. . • Strong operations, business analysts, and data analytics • Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making. • Be able to quickly lgain new technology, products, and solutions. • Have very strong oral and written communication skills. • Advanced computer skills – PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM • Be fluent in both Indonesian and English. • Having the capability to speak Mandarin is a plus. Requirements • High performing operation manager with minimum 5 years innovative agriculture industry practice and 5 years of project management practice. • practices in working for large corporations are preferred. • practices in multi-industry business transformation related projects are preferred. Others Travel is required in this function. Work is performed in a typical interior/office and will also include distributor and on-farm site visits.
