The ideal candidate must have three to five years' practice in budgeting and reporting expertise within the industry. In this job, you will be responsible for all commercial finance matters for the company along with budgeting, reporting and cost controlling. About the Financial Analyst function: This critical function located in Jakarta within the finance division reporting directly to the Head of Business Analyst is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a growing company. Key Job responsibilities: » Support site in the preparation of annual budgets and provide a consolidated group budget » Prepare life of mine financial models for all sites » Work with department managers agree key performance indicators to measure performance. Implement systems to ensure information is captured and reported on a timely basis » Prepare analysis on tender evaluations, capital purchases, new initiatives and other commercial decisions. Assist in negotiating implementations of these initiatives » Understand information systems requirements from executive management and site management and set Business Systems strategy to align with business strategy » Implement and improve business systems on time and budget. Prioritise projects in conformity with Executive objectives » Develop business systems and analysis teams to deliver specific tasks and objectives » Prepare quarterly reports, investor presentations and other investor information » Prepare consolidated monthly financial report for the group and board presentations To succeed in this Financial Analyst function, you must possess good communication and strong business partnering expertise.
