This is an internationally listed group focused on the development of a portfolio of assets across Indonesia. About the Chief Financial agent/Finance Director function: Reporting into the CEO as a member of the Executive Committee, your key objective will be to report the Company's financial performance, governance and regulatory compliance across a number of jurisdictions, formulation of strategic business plans, maintain rigours policies and procedures, and provide expert financial advice to the entire management team and Board of Non-Executive Directors. Key Job responsibilities: » Manage and supervise all financial matters such including statutory and management reporting with a locally located team » Manage the preparation of company and strategic business plans and track financial results versus budgets » Manage and lead the consolidation of financial accounts » Provide continuous enhancements of internal control procedures to align with the growth of the Company » Maintain and monitor the cash flow position, through an active Treasury discipline » Manage relationships with banks including project finance banks » Manage Group Insurance arrangements » Investment policy control and development » Implement and review policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with local regulatory and statutory requirements as required » supervise financial audits, bank reviews and internal control audits » Contribute to the short, medium and long term strategic initiatives through active leadership abilities » Provide on-going leadership abilities and development plans for the finance and commercial teams » Work closely with non-finance personal to provide general leadership abilities and contribution to operational decisions and plans » Carry out other special assignments as and when required by the CEO To succeed in this Chief Financial agent/Finance Director function, you must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations.
