About the Deputy Operation Director - Mining Infrastructure Facilities function: Due to excellent results and future expansion plans, you will play a key function in the infrastructure facilities business team's continued development and success in the Jakarta office. Key Job responsibilities: » Lead the project engineering department and develop the company's project engineering strategy » supervise customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximise profit » supervise construction, quality, scheduling and cost management of projects » Deploy various methodologies to analysis processes and recommending modification to minimise escalations, reduce rejections, improve operating efficiency, control varicapability, cost and reduce cycle time » Lead and be responsible for all the engineering technology implementation and effectiveness » Understand customer requirements and propose solutions in order to manage client relationships and satisfaction » Participate in projects prior to the beginning of exploration, design, construction, and unit selection supervision » Develop relationships between departments to achieve company goals » Perform administrative managery tasks including evaluating employee performance, source necessary skills and resources located on manpower forecast to provide managerial supports in administrative matters, including team development and succession planning » Develop, manage and control the capital budget for the department and supervise the preparation of funding requests for capital projects to ensure all engineering activities are comply with the current procedures and regulations. This consists of annual planning and overhead budget » Responsible for project activities to anticipate impediments of project progress and to assist in the resolution of problems which may adversely affect project design, cost or schedule to ensure all project operations are well performed To succeed in this function, you will need to have exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, technical skills in construction for facilities as well as in oil and gas, mining or civil projects. Key Requirements: » Minimum of 10 years' practice managing in a similar industry, such as construction, power generation, oil and gas, or mining. Heavy influencing skills to work together with teams across multiple cities direct and indirectly » Results-driven, fast-paced, high initiative skills and the capability to work and multitask under pressure » expertise of EPC projects and infrastructure industry and expertise of region is a plus » Strong written and communication skills with fluency in English.
