JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Descriptions:» Make a pre-sale activity approach with prospective tenants, rent and make tenant rental agreements in conformity with the SOP standard. » Monitor and analyze budget guidelines, conversion rate and renewal information. » Prepare and update SOP rules for rental fee. » Monitor and benchmarking tenant data to improve competitiveness data. » Make a strategy plan to related concept, layout, tenancy mix to improve occupancy rate. » Build and maintain good relationship with existing tenants, prospective tenants, and company as customers/tenants. » Monitor, analyze, evaluation leasing activity (including a tenant rental and exhibition). » Maximize a strategy marketing to get prospective tenant according to the mall requirements. Job Persyaratan: » Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management. » Minimum 6 years of working practice as Lease in shopping center/retail industry. » Good communication skill. » Must have excellent expertise of market analyze, products and promotion fields. » Computer literacy (Ms. Office). » Willing to be placed in Batam (Nongsa City).
