JOB DESCRIPTIONThe function is expected to lead the Indonesian tax team and is responsible to ensure tax compliance for the company located on applicable tax regulations and representing the group in liaising with Tax Authorities in Indonesia.Client Details Our client is a leading manufacturing company located in North Maluku. Consequently, they are looking to bring on board a dynamic Head of Tax who can assist the business at a time of rapid growth and make a key contribution to the business. Job detail » superviseing tax compliance, reporting, tax accounting, transfer pricing documentation and all significant tax filings to ensure all filings are done on a timely basis and accurately » Responsible and accountable for all aspects of tax strategies for the country and able to drive the strategy forward with minimal supervision with the aim of maximizing opportunities and minimizing risks » Provide internal tax advisory and support to internal stakeholders on various matters such as new products launching, new business line on a promptly basis » contact with external tax advisers and build a rapport with them to monitor changes in legislations that would impact the entities in the country and propose solutions in managing the change » Able to represent the company in liaising with tax authorities with maturity and attending to tax controversy issues raised by the tax authorities Profile » Holds a bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting » Minimum 8-12 years of working practice in tax field with at least 3-4 years of practice in managerial function » Solid expertise of tax regulations and laws in Indonesia and international » Fluent in English, both verbal and written » Have excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written » Have broad practice in dealing with tax authorities and regulators on tax audits (field and desk audit) » Is comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity » Strong ownership and able to provide various tax support to different stakeholders Job Offer » Opportunity to work with a company with a wonderful history, culture and reputation » The chance to really impact into the prosperous business and input into process, procedures & systems from the on-setTo apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
