JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition : Management TraineeWork Country/Regional : Brazil, Papua New Guinea, Vietnam, India, Singapore and Japan &nb sp; & nbsp; ; &nb sp; & nbsp; Reporting to : Asia managing director GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION Participate in the Ecom Management Trainee Program to acquire overall knowledge of Ecom’s main business functions. During a general 24-36 month internal training program, the trainee could complete 3–12 month assignments in various origin operations and trade offices. Upon completion of the program and depending on expertise, performance, interests and availcapability, the trainee will be eligible for a mid-level management position in trading, finance or operations in one of Ecom’s origin operations or trade offices according to company’s needs and opportunities.
