Key Job responsibilities: » Define the long and short-term HR strategies and policies, in terms of recruitment, organisation development, learning and development, HR operations, compensation and benefits as well as industrial relations » Work closely with C-level management and leadership abilities team » Maintain regular relationships with authorities and unions » Ensure HR operations enhance and enable business results while providing vision, leadership abilities and excellence in execution » supervise and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance » Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programmes » Provide guidance and conduct investigations of concerns and complaints, involve appropriate individuals, seek legal advice, when appropriate, and prosperously resolve employee relations issues with credible and consistent solutions To succeed in this GM Human Capital function, you must have at least 15 years of significant HR practices in the manufacturing industry.
