JOB DESCRIPTION

As Account Manager you have to maximize sales and growth opportunities by retaining existing customers and sourcing new business through development and promotion of the range of services offered by SOS. You also have to grow, maintain and execute account management plans targeted at ensuring retention of current SOS customers.
 
Job responsibilities:
   » Maximize sales and grow opportunities by retaining existing customers
   » Achieve renewals and extension budget
   » Execute account management plans targeted at ensuring retention of current customers
   » Actively develop and maintain market intelligence regarding competitors and market prices and conditions
   » Develop a sales pipeline of opportunities in their assigned accounts and work together with Operation Departments for ensuring well-managed service delivery
   » Develop and implement strategic Account Management Plans for clients and key prospects
   » Work alongside with the Marketing Manager to support sales promotion program to increase sales volume and exceed sales targets in existing accounts
   » Work closely with Commercial Desk to ensure favorable contractual and commercial terms

Appropriate qualifications:
   » Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Administration or Marketing
   »Minimum 3 (three) years of practice in consultative selling in a B2B environment
   »Required language(s): English - Fluent English (both written and spoken), Mandarin (will be additional value).
   » Preferably manager / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent
   » Proven history of prosperous sales and account management
   » Proven history of prosperous account management and cross-selling
   » practice in selling for service or hospitality industry is preferred
   » Demonstrated success being part of a team to prosperously manage key accounts
   » Superior presentation expertise including formal presentation
   » Superior written expertise in developing proposals and responding to tenders
   » Excellent in working with MS Word, MS Excel, and/or CRM application
