Quality Assurance ManagerI Apparel International Group Pte LtdMin 5 years (Manager) Cambodia - Kandal Province »• Outstanding in career growth and development opportunities »• Passionate, energetic & innovative work culture »• Positive working environment JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibility» To Plan and Drive factory quality, efficiency, profitcapability, meeting on time delivery. » To manage departmental cost and expenses. » To be accountable of departmental machinery, equipment and tools. » To manage a group of Production team (leave, attendance, absenteeism) » To manage the 7S in the workplace, (Machinery, Tools & Equipment). » To put in place Successor and Mentoring Plan. Listing description » determining, negotiating and agreeing on company quality management systems and procedures, standards and specifications » assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met » setting customer service standards » specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers » investigating and setting standards for quality and product safety » ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both company and buyer/customer level » working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures » writing management and technical reports and customers’ charters » determining training needs » acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance and quality » directing objectives to maximise profitcapability » recording, analysing and distributing statistical information » monitoring performance » supervising QA/QC technical staff.
