JOB DESCRIPTIONQualifications :» Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. » Age maximum 28 years old » Required language(s): English, Mandarin » Required Skill(s): Good negotiation skill, Excellent selling and influencing expertise, Strong communication and presentation expertise in English and other language, Planning and organisational expertise. Job Description : 1. Direct, coordinate and create company sales and marketing revenue. 2. Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and supervise the development and management of internal operating budgets. 3. Monitor project progress to ensure continuing customer satisfaction and handle any complaint in proper manner. 4. Monitor database of prospecting client through sales force system in order to achieve the agreed target. 5. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results. 6. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. 7. Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities and new project development. 8. Handle customer quotation, cancellation or changes in sales order, and communicate the changes to related departments in order to avoid any unnecessary problem. 9. Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs. 10. Responsible for sales revenue and profit targets.
