A National Sales Manager job has become available at a multinational FMCG company specialising in personal care and expanding to Indonesia.
About the National Sales Manager function:
Reporting to the Country Manager, you will help set up the sales team and partner with distributors nationwide.
Key Job responsibilities:
   Â» Develop and implement effective sales strategies
   Â» Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets
   Â» Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
   Â» Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
   Â» Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
   Â» Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
   Â» Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
   Â» Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs
   Â» contact with marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency
   Â» Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board
To succeed in this function, you must have practice in managing distributor and deal with modern trade accounts.
Key Requirements:
   Â» Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
   Â» 10 or more years of FMCG practice in distributor management and key accounts
   Â» practice in personal care is a plus
   Â» practice managing a high-performance sales team
   Â» An capability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
   Â» Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation expertise
   Â» Strong communication and team management expertise
   Â» Analytical expertise with a problem-solving attitude
   Â» Availcapability to travel as needed
