JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Job responsibilities:» Maintain a large customer file. » Monitoring outstanding receivables & reviewing AR Aging. » Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete » Ensure that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date » Reporting related to sales and AR as requested by management. » Liaising with the bank and Customers related to Customers Mortgage. » Assist in monthly/yearly closing Requirements: » Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. » Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia » At least 1 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position. » practiced in Real Estate industry are prefered. » Required Skill(s): book keeping, budgeting, financial report » Preferably Staff (non-management & non-manager) specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
