JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Buyer position will be located in Batam, Indonesia and is responsible to coordinate activities involved with procuring direct materials. We are seeking for someone who demonstrates: » Intense collaboration » Passionate customer focus » Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution » Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement » Work independently Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do: » Review requisitions and MRP output » Confer with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availcapability and delivery schedule » Order, reschedule and cancel material located on requisitions and MRP output » Manage supplier to price, delivery and quality expectations and escalates when appropriate » Expedite delivery of goods to users » Analyze inventory levels.
