JOB DESCRIPTIONMain Responsibility :» Define & drive strategic vision for comprehensive, best-in-class Plastic Industry. » Strategic thinking about engineering, product design, product development, mold design and mold manufacturing. » Manage a team of product design and product development to turn this strategy into commercial solutions. » Manage the development of standards for plant equipment maintenance including utility and building facilities, and audit the implementation of maintenance standard on all plants routinely. » Plan activities for project to complete within project schedule, responsible for verification of site measurement and checking of foundations/layout and ensure safety and quality during site execution. Requierement : » Manufacturing Management » Project Management » Candidate must possess at least postgraduate in engineering (others), management or equivalent. » At least 20 years of working practice in the related field's required for this position. » Preferably Manager/Senior Manager specialized in PPE / R&D Manufacturing.
