In this job you will be responsible for end to end accounting function of the company including but not limited to GL, reporting, budgeting, balance sheet, AP & AR and tax. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of practice in finance within the industry. About the Accounting & Tax Manager function: This position will be a critical function within the finance/accounting division reporting directly to the Finance Director. Key Job responsibilities: • Ensure an accurate and timely monthly and year end closing • Ensure timely reporting of all monthly financial information • Perform financial & commercial analysis and provide suggestion to business • Monitor and analyse department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy • Supports budget and forecasting activities • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of tax reporting • contact with external auditor to ensure clean and timely year end audit • contact with tax authorities and ensure clean tax audit with minimum adjustment • Become an SAP champion for FICO module • Review and control promotional and marketing budget Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree (or above) in Accounting or equivalent • At least ten years' practice in accounting field and three years' practice in a managerial position within an MNC environment; practice in the FMCG or significant industries is preferred • practice in a big four accounting firm • Strong analytical thinker, detail oriented and good leadership abilities skills • Strong expertise in accounting, Indo PSAK and tax • Familiar with Indonesian accounting and tax regulation • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must This firm needs no introduction and is recognised as a leader in its field of skills.
