JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Description Summary• Upkeep, repairs, modify and preventative maintenance on building, facilities system & equipment in good condition to support operations Job Description • Responsible to ensure 5S & EHS all over facilities working environment • Responsible to keep building interior & exterior in good condition • Responds to service calls and in-house repairs all over the facility. • Troubleshoots, repairs facility systems and equipment to be in good working condition • Installs/relocate office furniture and performs work in various maintenance including mechanical, electrical and plumbing within facilities scope. • Conducts scheduled preventative maintenance and breaks down equipment for clean up • Converses with equipment operators to ascertain problems with equipment before breakdown, and to determine if breakdown is due to human error or mechanical problems. • Tests faulty equipment and applies expertise of functional operation of electronic units and systems to diagnose cause of malfunction. • Tests electronic components and circuits to locate defects in the facilities electrical network/piping system • Replaces defective components and wiring and adjusts facilities equipment mechanical parts. • Aligns, adjusts and calibrates facilities equipment according to specifications • Inspects construction and facilities equipment installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications • Conduct utilities everyday record (Water, Electricity, N2 usage) & investigate/troubleshoot/rectify any suspicius usage in the system • Ensure Air Conditioning & ducting, exhaust & ducting, Vacuum, air compressor system, water, N2 piping system are working in good condition • supervises emergency / safety system backup • Ensures plumbing, sewer, water, electrical and mechanical systems are functional • supervises facilities safety and training programs, first aid and First Responder program, Hazmat, Lock-out/Tag-out, chemical handling safety, MSDS data sheets, compliance to OSHA regulations. • supervises contracted services (Cleaning Services, Air Conditioning, Air Compressor, Vacuum, etc) WORK LOCATION View larger map / directions View larger mapAddressJl Rambutan Lot 515 Batamindo Industrial Park, BatamCOMPANY SNAPSHOTAverage Processing TimeMore Than 2 WeeksIndustryManufacturing/ProductionWebsitehttp://www.flextronics.comFacebook Fan Pagehttps://www.facebook.com/-Company Size51 - 200 EmployeesWorking HoursRegular hours, Mondays - FridaysDress CodeFormal (e.g. Shirts + Ties)BenefitsMiscellaneous allowanceSpoken LanguageBahasa IndonesiaCOMPANY PHOTOS»» COMPANY OVERVIEWFlex is a leading sketch-to-scale™ solutions company that designs and builds intelligent products for a connected world.
