About the HR Manager function: This is an opportunity to be part of a global oil company and work with some of the smartest people in their fields and specialities in Jakarta as an HR Generalist. You will have ample opportunity to flex and hone in on your interpersonal communication expertise, and collaborate with great leadership abilities teams in Jakarta, Indonesia. Key Job responsibilities: » Manage overall manpower budget for Indonesia and related HR expenses » contact with the external vendor in charge of the payroll, provide them every month with all necessary information and check the accuracy of the pay slip » Follow up with new HR regulations in Indonesia and update HR policies accordingly » Prepare periodic HR-related reports and be proactive in proposing new reports » Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS » Support the management in the development of new schemes » Execute HR initiatives and projects in line with the regional office's objectives » Set up and localise global employee value proposition in the context of the local market » Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive knowledge for each position, and establish recruiting requirements for the open functions to meet hiring goals » Develop and execute innovative recruitment marketing/sourcing strategy to attract high-quality candidates » Review the staff handbook and the staff benefits/welfare - propose and implement improvements to be in line with the market » Lead all activities related performance management locally such as annual evaluations and continuing talent development programmes To succeed in this HR Manager function, you will need the capability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior management teams and across borders.
