JOB DESCRIPTIONPT Sumatera Tropical Spices (STS) located in Padang, Indonesia,mainly produce cassia vera to be exported to the United States.Working alongside President Directoras a strategic thought-partner, the Finance Director will not only be an accountant and hands-on with company finances but will also be responsible for managing the administrative, talent management and informationtechnology systems of STS,commercially aware, and advising on the best path of growth for the business. tasks and Job responsibilities: » Take control and responsibility for all financial aspects of company strategy and is expected to analyse figures and implement recommendations located on these findings, with the most profitable results. » Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers. » Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth. » Ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed. » Take ultimate responsibility for the company cash management policies. » Reviewing and ensuring compliance with all contracts entered into by STS. » Preparing, communicating and presenting critical financial matters to the Board of Commissioners. Qualifications and Preferences: » Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration. » A minimum of 10 years in financial administration with progressive growth in responsibility. » Meet the requirement for a commercial wise, communicative, technically strong, dynamic, insightful and influential leader with the capability to operate at both strategic and operational levels. » High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance. » Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success. » Excellent communication and relationship building expertise with an capability to prioritize, negotiate and work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment. » Preferably strong Information technology expertise. » Fluent in English is a must. » Willing to be placed at Padang, West Sumatera .
