This position will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, knowledge their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets.
Job Descriptions and Responsibilities :
   » Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers
   » Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services
   » Staying informed about competing products and services
   » Upselling products and services
   » Researching and qualifying new leads
   » Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email
Requirements:
   » Minimum Diploma in all major
   » Min. 2 years related working practice in Information technology sales projects
   » Previous practice in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred
   » Have a great analytical thinking
   » Strong phone presence and practice dialing dozens of calls per day
   » Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
   » Excellent communication expertise, both verbal and written
   » Good organizational expertise and the capability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
   » Excellent phone and cold calling expertise
   » Exceptional customer service expertise
   » Strong listening and sales expertise
   » capability to achieve targets
