JOB DESCRIPTION»Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.»At least 5 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position. »candidates must be willing to work in Cikarang. »Preferably Manager / adjunct Managers specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.Listing description » Maintain receiving, warehousing and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program, operational and personnel policies and procedures. » Develop warehouse operation system by determining product handling and storage, requirement, developing, implementing, enforcing and evaluating policies and procedure; developing process for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management, picking and shipping. » Maintain high level of stocks accuracy and on time delivery continuous improvement and recommendation to strategic plans and review; prepare and completing action plan. » In charge of logistic, distribution, receiving and transportation capabilities, designing processes for effectively managing finished good part numbers. » Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions and wastage control. » Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets and KPI are met. » Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standard procedures; complying with legal regulations. » Maintain cycle counts for accurate inventory control and allocation of material. » Accomplish warehouse operations human resource objectives by recruiting, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employee; appraising job results, reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. » Lead and coach the team to achieve warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
