JOB DESCRIPTIONThis position will be accountable for the execution and delivery of the PDPIII detailed design of OSBL mechanical scope (storage tanks, piping, pumps, valves). The position will also be accountable of Supervision of Contractors work during construction of OSBL mechanical scope.- Detail design of OSBL storage tanks farm in project - Review of basic design developed for the project - Develop the technical specifications and the RFQs for construction - Follow the technical aspects during the tender process and Contractors selection - Detail design of OSBL piping in project - Review of basic design developed for the project (piping list, piping class and PFDs) - Develop the PIDs, technical specifications and the RFQs for construction - Follow the technical aspects during the tender process and Contractors selection - Detail design of OSBL pumps and valves in project - Review of basic design developed for the project (pumps and valves lists and specifications) - Develop the technical specifications and the RFQs for purchasing and installation - Follow the technical aspects during the tender process and Vendors / Contractors selection - Supervision and inspection of OSBL mechanical scope in project - everyday planning and supervision of Contractors work - Communication, kick off meetings, weekly meetings, reporting, timing progress, certification - Evaluate and propose alternatives for problem solving during construction - Ensure quality of works according to world class standards - Act totally aligned with Cargill standards on EHS during construction - Ensure and facilitate Contractors compliance with EHS standards - Perform inspections and action plants to prevent and correct - Report findings, following Cargill standards - Lead the commissioning and startup of OSBL mechanical scope in project Required Appropriate qualifications: - Engineer, mechanical or industrial - 10 years practice in project design and execution, in construction site, involving storage tanks, piping, pumps and valves, preferabily in edible oils plants, biodiesel plants, oil & gas - Intermediate verbal and written communication expertise in English - People Handling expertise.
