As the Digital Customer practice GM, you will develop, manage and analyse all customer data from related platforms to build personalised marketing campaigns and structure customer data flow.
Key Job responsibilities:
   Â» Plan and design personalised marketing campaign and analyse the effectiveness and efficiency to improve the conversion rate
   Â» Design, implement and develop data-driven digital marketing (utilising identified/unidentified customer data)
   Â» Design and manage digital customer practice by utilising CRM system
   Â» Analyse the customer data source and plan the targeted promotional campaign located on the analysis
   Â» Review the customer data platforms and enhance the systems structuring the seamless customer data flow (including I/F)
To succeed in this Digital Customer practice GM function, you must possess strong data architecture, analytic and marketing campaign expertise to drive data-drive marketing campaigns for the company.
Key Requirements:
   Â» Minimum of 10 years of practice in digital marketing or Information technology industry or e-commerce
