You will maintain and design the development of compensation packages for the whole company (both HQ and operational). Key Requirements: » Develop and design compensation packages for the whole company (both HQ and operational) and ensure the policies are aligned with the organisation's strategy (leave, office hour, THR, etc.) » Create a consistent compensation guideline that match work and organisational culture » Create and analyse job descriptions evaluations and classifications » Conduct income and labour market research to define benchmarks and manpower budget for company » Apply effective communication strategies » Keep abreast with the new trends and best practices in the field » Ensure that compensation and company regulation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations » Have practice to manage industrial relation » Lead and manage compensation projects for the entire organisation » Act as the owner of the HR system (Talenta) and contact with the legal team to handle VISA and expats » Manage the employee agreement including all related documents and controlling employee contract » Lead compensation and benefits team To succeed in this Compensation and Benefits Lead (F&B start up) function, you will need the capability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior management teams and across borders.
