JOB DESCRIPTIONResponsibility / Requirement :» Able to lead Mine Operations management Team and all Mining Personnel & Resources » To prepare & implement Operational Plans for Mine and to monitor progress and submit progress reports to management » Propose Capital Expenditure projects to expand / improve capacity or operations » Able to prepare production and operation budgets and monitor / report performance and costs » Able to recognize / identify operational technical & safety challenges and to take proactive action to prevent / overcome them » To work closely with Maintenance Department to ensure continuous, safe and efficient operation of mine » supervise new projects such as installation of new equipment or opening of new mines » supervise manpower planning and coordinate recruitment of staff at site to ensure smooth operations of mine Qualification/expertise required : » Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Mining, Engineering or equivalent. » At least 10-15 Year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position. » Able to plan and delegate work to achieve results » Able to work independently and as a Team as and when required » Good organizational expertise and able to motivate subordinates » Good analytical thinking, mature » Good and effective communication expertise; spoken & written WORK LOCATION View larger map / directions View larger mapAddressGd Graha Irama Lt 14, Jl.
