JOB DESCRIPTIONJob Description :» Responsible for the production & maintenance of rewinders, sheet cutters. » Implement strategies to support business goals, develop sustainable results, and drive improvement initiatives which enhance business results. » Identify & prepare capital projects » Set standards of performance; facilitate implementation of world class operational standards and IP best practices. » Planning preventive & predictive maintenance and operations of all the converting machineries (Rewinders, Synchro Sheet Cutters, Folio Ream Wrapping Machines, Shrink Palletizing & Reel Wrapping machineries to increase the uptime, attain consistent quality and maintain health of the machines. » Involve the team in improving the overall productivity » Implementation of TPM and 5S concept » Implementation of management concepts like, why why analysis, Fish Bone diagrams for problem solving and achieved numerous production records.
