JOB DESCRIPTIONKami mencari seorang Technical Support Mesin Tinting yang berpengalaman dalam memberikan bantuan teknis dan perawatan pada mesin tinting di daerah Palangkaraya. Anda akan melakukan kunjungan ke toko retail bahan bangunan untuk melakukan pemasangan mesin tinting dan memberikan edukasi pada pemilik toko, serta memastikan seluruh mesin tinting di daerah Palangkaraya berfungsi dengan baik.Seorang Tinting Technical Support yang baik harus memiliki pemahaman dan keahlian mengenai troubleshooting dan elektrikal dasar, serta memiliki komunikasi yang baik untuk menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemilik toko dan pelanggan. Tanggung Jawab : » Melakukan instalasi mesin tinting di toko retail » Melakukan perawatan mesin pelanggan secara berkala » Menangani keluhan pelanggan mengenai mesin tinting dan perangkat-perangkat pendukungnya » Melakukan penyetelan mesin tinting sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan » Melakukan penarikan mesin tinting toko retail » Memberikan pelatihan pada SPG/SPB untuk mengoperasikan mesin tinting Persyaratan : » Pendidikan minimal S1.
