JOB DESCRIPTIONJob responsibilities:» Reviewing requests from each clinic and department - implementing the substitution of drugs with the slow moving items and/or items that have nearby expired dates. » Monitoring and controlling receiving and issuing of goods. » Monitoring the usage of each items in all departments from time to time. » Reviewing the usage and proposing purchase of drugs. » Conducting monthly stock take and yearly stock take including stock reconciliation report. » Coordinating and monitoring the delivery of goods to each department. » Reviewing and proposing drug substitution with the objective of efficiency in cost and usage. » Managing special orders to ensure the availcapability, lead-time and delivery to department. » Organizing goods in therapeutic groups according to type of diseases. » Organizing the flow of goods according to FEFO (First Expiry First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) method. » Maintaining inter departmental relationship to ensure smoothness in the overall operation. » Maintaining inter organizational relationship with cargo dock, land transportation, airport agents, purchase control, material management, local warehouse, export import, environmental and safety department. » Conducting regular safety inspection and ensuring the completeness of safety gear, monitoring the storage and handling which should in compliance with standard safety procedures. » Arranging offsite repairs of medical equipment with vendor, Client purchase control and material management. » Preparing yearly purchase plan, yearly master list and inventory plan. » Managing the staff allocation, its task and working schedule. » Monitor and control of working hour subordinates. » Escalate to Warehouse Manager on any conduct that deviates from Standard Operating Procedure Qualifications : » Minimum Bachelor degree on Apothecary profession graduated, » Minimum 3 years working practices in Hospital / Clinic / Pharmacy / Drugstore, with scope of work in managery level. » Have valid Indonesia government license (STRA) » Proficiency in English for both verbal and written » Able to handle multiple task » Must work well in a team as well as able to effectively deliver results individually »Willing to work at Papua WORK LOCATIONAddressJL.
