About the Sales Manager (Logistics) function:
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will become a trusted member of their strategic team with whom you will share the entrepreneurial spirit and our dream for our client to maintain and reinforce its position as the leading logistics player in Indonesia.
Key Job responsibilities:
   Â» supervise the interviewing, hiring, and training of a company's sales staff to ensure an effective salesforce
   Â» Develop and implement programs effective for enhancing sales performance
   Â» Contact customers via emails and phone calls to offer them products and services
   Â» Visit clients or arrange meetings to discuss a product and how Information technology will meet the requirements of a customer
   Â» Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of a product to influence purchase
   Â» Communicate with customers to identify their requirements and assist them with selecting appropriate products that meet their specifications
   Â» Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals
   Â» Monitor the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity
   Â» Assign and designate sales quotas and territories to staff according to territory/area
   Â» Compile, analyse, and interpret sales data to provide reports to management on performance
   Â» Ensure provision of proper after sales support and services to clients
   Â» Prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecast
   Â» Organise meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement
To succeed in this Sales Manager (Logistics) function, you will need to have a minimum of five years' practice within the logistics industry and you will need to have an energetic and dynamic sales leadership abilities with the passion and ambition to build a sales team, also take responsibility for the growth targets.
