JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Associate Operations manager will be located in Batam, Indonesia . This position is mainly responsible to coordinate and expedite flow of materials, parts and assemblies between sections or departments. We are seeking for someone who demonstrates: » Intense collaboration » Passionate customer focus » Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution » Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement » Work independently Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do: » Interface with customers' procurement personnel concerning short-term product delivery commitments. » Facilitate special transportation of product to meet customer needs. » Expedite overtime planning and communication of schedules to other internal departments. » Perform system transactions to ship product to customers and tracks status of actual shipment against goals. » Review daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies/quality. » Prioritize production schedules located on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply in order to meet customer requirements. » Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures. » Ensure compliance of standards. » Other significant ad-hoc task as assigned. Here is some of what you’ll need (required): » Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent practice in addition to 3 years of operations practice. » Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary knowledge of policies and procedures. » Has consciousness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.
