JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Operation Manager is located in Batam, Indonesia . We are seeking for someone who demonstrates: » Intense collaboration » Good communication expertise » Thoughtful, fast, disciplined execution » Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do: » Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce. » Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels. » supervise the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI. » Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints. » Coordinate with other departments and other Flex sites to drive for excellence. » Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices. » Ensure ISO and safety standards are adhered to. » Report to leadership abilities team in weekly operations reviews. » Coach and mentor Operations leadership abilities. » Leverage industry practices and apply to internal systems and processes. Here is some of what you’ll need (required): » Diploma/Degree in the significant fields » At least 8 years of working practice in the similar capacity » Good interpersonal and communication skill » capability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents and respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. » capability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. » capability to interpret an broad variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. » Demonstrates practice in performance development, teaching/leading, mentoring and/or organization development. » Instills appropriate behavior in others in support of Flex values. Supports strategic direction for the function. » Recognizes and develops talent as a key element of executing operational business plans. Ensures Flex values are part of site work life. Provides strategic leadership abilities for the function and the site.
